2: temperature test
This test is familiar to everyone.
Heating with a oven or an electric hair dryer, it can be refrigerated with a refrigerator or a freezer.
3: power interference test.
The long term work of electrical equipment will be disturbed by the noise on the power grid, especially when the lightning strikes and the large electrical equipment is started and stopped in the vicinity.
Test tools:
Use the old style "bubble" and the reactor to glow with the fluorescent lamp above 40W.
Electronic ballasts and energy saving lamps can not be used because they can not form a strong 600~800V high voltage pulse group on the power grid, and can not simulate the interference source.
Test methods:
The power supply of fluorescent lamp and induction panel with old style reactors will be inserted into the same power socket. Fluorescent bulbs are switched on repeatedly to make "jump bubbles" jump constantly, while observing the response of touch sensitive panels.
Many touch sensing panels will be misoperated under this test condition.
4: electromagnetic interference test
Four point one
Test tools: GSM mobile phone (mobile phone signal is strong, Ailixin radiation. Suitable for testing tools) CDMA mobile phone radiation is small, not suitable.
Test principle: mobile phone is the most common source of radio frequency interference.
Test method: put the cell phone off the vibration and put it on the insulation panel of the touch sensitive panel, then touch the induction panel and call the cell phone number repeatedly to observe the response of the touch sensitive panel.
This is also a difficult test for touch sensing design that is difficult to pass.
Four point two
Test tool: above 100W, the incandescent lamp dimmer with a silicon controlled phase shift trigger.
Test principle: when the SCR is triggered, a steep edge is generated on the sine wave of the 220V power supply, and the power line of the lamp will emit the high order harmonic.
Test methods:
The power line of the lamp is placed on the insulation panel of the capacitive touch panel, and then the touch induction panel is charged. Open the dimmer and adjust the light intensity at will. Observe the reaction of the capacitive touch panel.
(attention: first, put the power cord first and then open the touch induction panel power. Otherwise, the touch induction panel will react to the proximity wire. For the capacitive touch panel, the proximity of the metal wire will also be regarded as the touch of the finger.
Four point three
Test tools: more than 17 inches of CRT display or CRT TV.
Test principle: the high voltage deflection coil of the CRT display itself will have very strong electromagnetic radiation. Especially when the display is degaussing, the radiation is stronger.
Test method: the insulation panel of capacitive touch induction panel is pasted on the screen of display, then touches the induction panel, and displays the reaction of degaussing and touch induction panel.
The touch induction panel is randomly moved around the display to observe the response of the touch sensing panel.
(Note: be sure to monitor degaussing capacitive touch sensing panel insulating panel and the display screen from the touch sensitive panel power stable and open, close or touch sensitive panel will respond to the display screen suddenly close to capacitive touch sensing panel display screen will be regarded as the finger touch)

Test tool: more than 400W AC handheld electric drill.
Test principle: the electric spark produced by the brush in the work of a handheld electric drill has serious electromagnetic interference to the electronic equipment.
Test method: stop the electric drill on the top of the insulation panel of the touch panel, and switch the electric drill to observe the reaction of the touch panel.
