Project introduction:
Sanxiang Haishang Garden is adjacent to Shenzhen Bay in the east and Danan Mountain in the west. It is only a hundred meters away from the Western Passage. It is only a two-minute walk to the Gongye 8th Road Metro Station, with convenient transportation. The total construction area is 300,222.38 square meters. Among them, residential buildings are approximately 152,000 square meters, commercial buildings are approximately 16,000 square meters, and office buildings are approximately 17,000 square meters. The company undertook the intelligent lighting control plan for the parking lot of the project. The project adopted the intelligent lighting control system of Dongguan Hongmao Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd., and installed relay modules on site to control the lighting by the background network.
