Project introduction:
The Ming Mausoleum is located on Chunde Mountain, 5 kilometers northeast of Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province. It was built in the 14th year of Ming Zhengde (1519) and ended in the forty-five year of Ming Jiajing (1566). It took 47 years to complete. It is the joint burial tomb where the father of Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty, Gong Ruixian, Emperor Zhu Youzhu, and his mother, the empress, Cixiaoxian.
